Head in the clouds, feet on the ground -

By Farahana Nur - Sunday, October 12, 2014

It started to drizzle when I was on my way home from Shah Alam. And I was beyond grateful that this time He kind of told me to bring my umbrella, just in case. And it did rain. And I managed to reach home before it became a heavy downpour. It amazes me how He takes care of me so much, seriously, He is too kind!

Then, I thought, there's no way that I can repay Him back other than telling others that He cares about them too, telling others how He loves everyone and wants everyone in His best place which is jannah, and what we have to do is just please Him, that's all. I am now slowly beginning to feel the love from my God (again) and I want others to feel the same too. He is too kind, almost too good to be true, everybody else should know about it. He is where you go to when you feel lost. He is the light that guides you back to the right track. He is the flower that blooms every day to cheer you up. He is the shoulder for you to cry on when your day gets rough. Allah as-somad (112:2), He is where you ask e v e r y t h i n g from, He is your eternal refuge.

And even if I didn't bring my umbrella and got drenched in the rain, I'd still smile and be grateful because that's what I should be.
